BIOCANT VENTURES has about USD 1M original capital and intends to increase it by including other public and private members.
Future members will be selected among small and medium-sized enterprises, scientific and technological entities, regional and governmental entities, “business angels”, venture capitalists, and international entities or companies.
All the members with at least 10% equity have a seat in the Decision Board. This corporate body decides only by unanimity.
