BIOCANT VENTURES has about USD 1M of original capital, and intends to reach more millions, by including other public and private entities on its members.
Future members will be selected among small and medium-sized enterprises, scientific and technological system entities, regional and governmental entities, “business angels”, venture capitalists and international entities or companies.
All the members with at least 10% equity have a seat in the Decision Board. This corporate body decides only by unanimity.
