The + Risk program aims to scrutinize entrepreneurial ideas in biotechnology for potential development leading to setting up a knowledge intensive business.
These ideas and projects will be separately evaluated by two types of due diligences. A scientific due diligence will be done by BIOCANT and a financial due diligence will be done by a venture capital partner, BETA SCR.
The selected projects receive an investment amount to support initial expenses required for the establishment of this new venture such as the business plan and marketing research. This will appeal to major investors for further investment rounds.
